Carolyn Steele lives and works in the Virgin Islands, where she paints watercolours of indigenous flora and fauna.  Inspired by the colour, diversity and beauty of the region, her richly-textured images contain composites of things a nature-lover might see on a morning's walk or an afternoon's snorkel.  Carolyn is committed to wildlife education and conservation, and hopes her artwork will enlighten as well as decorate.  She sees her paintings as love-letters to the tropics - a celebration of the colourful and exotic Caribbean islands.

Hi I’m Cheryl, I’m 43 from Kent UK. 

My main medium is Manipulation Art or sometimes called Composite Art, It’s a technique where I take photos and make them arty!

I also draw and paint art using both digital and acrylics. I work in a school in my day-to-day job, teaching the children how to use digital art and animation programs as well as International Studies and choir" I started drawing digitally during the pandemic and it really helped me cope mentally.  Lots of my pieces you will see have meanings sometimes related to mental health. I’m also a keen writer and often have narratives to go with my pieces.

Ciro Marchetti has had a successful graphic design career that has spanned working in Europe, South America and the US. Parallel to his corporate design, he is also a renowned digital artist. The current content and style of recent illustrations directly reflects his sources of interest and inspiration. From early student days when he first came across the delicate pen and ink work of Arthur Rackham, to the discovery in later years of the beautifulcharacters of James Christenson, and surrealistic dream images of Michael Parkes. Dominic Davison lives in Buckinghamshire, UK where he gets his inspiration for his idyllic and romantic scenes. He has been creating art for many years and in this time built up a loyal fan base, which now spans worldwide. The '3D' aspect of his artwork refers to specific objects, mainly the models of houses or buildings being able to be placed and situated in a real-world environment, as opposed to being painted on a flat 2d surface

GUIDO BORELLI

Born in Caluso, Italy, in 1952, artist Guido Borelli grew up in a family of artists and began painting at a young age. He studied at the prestigious Accademia Albertina in Turin and has exhibited his work internationally for more than five decades.

Inspired by the beauty of nature and the Italian countryside, Borelli is renowned for his romantic oil paintings of landscapes, villas, and villages. Influenced by the Italian Realist tradition, his work blends memory and imagination to create timeless scenes filled with warmth, light, and charm. Hannah is a digital artist who primarily uses the AI generator Mid Journey in combination with digital painting in Procreate. Her first career love was teaching philosophy to college students before chronic illness took her down a new path. She comes to her art with a spirit of curiosity and creativity, and she loves exploring a wide range of artistic styles and experimenting with new artistic tools. Howie Green

Howie Green came to international attention as a painter and artist with the publication of his book Jazz Fish Zen: Adventures in Mamboland. His colorful and whimsical artwork has been featured in over 40 group and solo shows and has adorned over 60 public and private murals. Boston-based since the early 1970s Howie was raised in East Rochester and Clarence Center, NY. Howie has a unique artist's eye for the colorful fun that springs out of our popular culture. Images from comics, celebrities, movies, TV and various other flotsam and jetsam that washes up on the rocky shores of our popular media all make their way into Howie's colorful and fun Pop Art creations. Howie uses a pop-fauvist color palette and has an eclectic, upbeat, approach to his subject matter. Howie says a lot of people tell him that they love "his colors". Howie comments "My colors? They don't belong to me. Colors are out there floating around. I just happen to use them all!"

JAN PATRIK KRASNY

Jan Patrik Krasny was born in the Czech Republic in 1955. He graduated with honours from the Academy of Fine Arts in Prague. 

Since his childhood Jan Patrik was attracted to comics, so after graduating he managed to secure regular work which he had published in several magazines and newspapers. 

Over the past two decades he has created more than 400 pieces of cover art for various international publishers of sci-fi & fantasy books. 

Having mastered the techniques of computer graphics, Jan Patrik has partially laid down his oil paints and used these new talents to create even more fantastic art.

JASMINE BECKET-GRIFFITH

Jasmine’s images appear in many books and magazines as well as countless merchandising lines such as the Bradford Exchange and Hamilton Collection, and her artwork with the Walt Disney Company, LucasFilm and more. Her paintings have a very wide appeal, appearing in public and private collections throughout the world, and she maintains an ever-growing legion of fans from all walks of life with her “Strangeling” brand.

Jasmine was born in 1979 and began showing her work professionally in 1997. She is a full-time painter and lives between her studios in Celebration, Florida, and Long Beach, California. Her primary galleries are the Corey Helford Gallery in Los Angeles and Disney’s WonderGround & Pop Galleries at Disneyland and Disney World.

Howdy, I’m Jasmine! I am the creator of the Strangeling brand, the painter of all the paintings, and the artist behind the Strangeling Public Domain project.

I have decided to gift the bulk of my extensive back catalogue of images to the public. In this initial phase of the project I am facilitating the process by including 625 high resolution scans of my original acrylic paintings spanning from 1999-2021 as free downloads on this website.

JODY BERGSMA

Jody has a diverse painting style that has developed over many years and literally thousands of paintings. Her earliest works were charming children's illustrations that she sold at Northwest art shows to pay for her education.

Jody's watercolor technique is self taught. Her engineering degree is reflected in her compositions and demonstrates Jody's love of mathematics and geometry. She seamlessly blends these elements with her imaginative inner visions to create her unique style.

She is often asked about her use of aboriginal, native, and geometric symbols. Her ongoing studies introduced her to many ancient cultures and the beauty of their designs. By respectfully working with these images, Jody participates in the significance of our history and reintegrates their symbols into our modern culture.

Born in Bergamo, Italy, Marcello Corti comes from a family of artists, sculptors, and poets. Known for creating expressive portraits that capture the essence of his subjects, Corti combines traditional artistic skills with modern technology.

MARY GAINES

I am a self taught artist, I live in one of the most gorgeous areas of the country. I live in the Pacific Northwest, on scenic Whidbey Island, Washington. I have lived here for over 37 years and what an inspiration it is to get to experience each and every day. Our Island is 50 miles long and everywhere you drive to you get to see the ocean, we are surrounded by the Cascades, Olympics and Mt. Baker, we are so blessed to live here. My late husband and I were also able to travel most of our retired life to all the national parks and British Columbia, before he passed in 2020. I hope to be able to share some of those beautiful photographs here in my galleries of the beauty that God has created. I am excited for the future, because now I do have more time to focus on painting and photography and traveling to places I haven't been to before. I know Larry will be right there with me looking over my shoulder and cheering me on.

MICHAEL DAVID WARD

Michael David Ward is a Japanese American artist/writer from the high-tech industry. A published fine-artist of multiple genres, he is also a graphic and industrial designer. In addition to his artistic endeavors, Michael is a science fiction/fantasy writer.

Michael has created many commemorative images for Paramount Studios, Lucas Arts, and New Line Cinema on such properties as Star Trek, Star Wars, and Lost in Space. His works of art and character designs have also been licensed by numerous companies for a variety of products. His work has also been featured in numerous magazines such as Heavy Metal Magazine as well as on book covers. His original paintings and limited-edition prints are collected worldwide and have been prominently displayed in galleries and exhibitions all over the United States, Europe, and Japan. His art is either in the collections of or has been endorsed by such notables as Gene Roddenberry, George Lucas, Jeff Bezos, William Shatner, Leonard Nimoy, Nichelle Nichols, Jonathan Frakes, and numerous other actors and businesses. Michael was chosen as a featured artist in a series of "Marine Art Expos" affiliated with the Cousteau Society that were produced in Monterey, California and Maui, Hawaii. Some of Michael's images have been seen on television shows such as Third Rock from the Sun, Star Trek 25th Anniversary Special, the Star Trek documentary Trekkies, and featured as a prominent display at Disneyland's "Star Tours" ride. Greetings, I'm Nat! And I am a Southern California Artist, specializing in whimsical animal art. A lifelong, largely self-taught Artist, I am especially fond of featuring animals with big personalities within my work. Fantasy, humor and even things a little spooky will also weave their way in and out of my creations.

My favorite mediums are a mixture of ink, colored pencil and acrylic paints, but have come to love watercolors and oil pastels as well.

I love the challenge of bringing out the hidden, mysterious and fascinating attitudes from the animals I capture in my art. RAFAEL TRUJILLO

Rafael began his artistic journey at an early age, studying drawing at the Medellín Museum of Art in Colombia. By the age of 12, he had already won a regional painting competition. He went on to study advertising at the Instituto de Artes de Medellín, where he also mastered the technique of airbrushing. Over time, Rafael expanded his skills into the realms of digital and 3D art, ultimately specializing in creating artwork for puzzles and collectibles.

REX RAY

Rex Ray (1956–2015), born Michael Patterson, was an American artist celebrated for his vibrant pop aesthetic that bridged fine art and commercial design. Born in Germany and raised in Colorado Springs, he later moved to San Francisco, where he became a key figure in the city’s art and creative communities.

Known for his bold, colorful compositions, Ray combined traditional techniques with early digital tools, creating layered works inspired by mid-century modernism, Pop Art, and decorative arts.  Robert Lyn Nelson

Like any artist who has enjoyed a long and successful career, Robert Lyn Nelson has mastered a wide variety of disciplines and explored a myriad of themes as he’s followed his vocation. A contemporary artist with an extensive body of work, his imagery has not only been shown in hundreds of exhibitions and become part of many public and private collections but has even made its way onto currency and album covers.

Sydney artist Sarina spent her childhood on the New South Wales Central Coast of Australia where she acquired not only a love for the sea, but also the creativity that infuses her art. After studying at the Sydney College of the Arts, where she studied fine art, textile and graphic design, Sarina began her career as a freelance designer producing everything from corporate identity packages to sports and surf wear. SCOTT WESTMORELAND

Scott Westmoreland received a degree in art from Cal State, Fullerton in 1991. He then spent the first decade of his career as a designer and illustrator in the entertainment industry. Scott served as an artist for original posters, programs, brochures and multi-use images for major theatrical productions nation-wide, including tours and the Broadway stage. He served as a comprehensive artist for the motion picture industry and it's advertisers, as well as a regular contractor for the Walt Disney Company and MCA Universal.

In 1996, Scott was asked to become a full-time Staff artist at Disney, where he created numerous marketing, merchandising and collector edition pieces, as well as countless conceptual and developmental campaigns for Michael Eisner.

Scott rejoined the freelance world in 2001 where he has concentrated his efforts in the fine art arena. Scott’s images have been licensed on many products over the years including calendars, puzzles, wall murals, clocks, 3-D sculptures, coasters, wallpaper borders, clothing and much more. His surf, Woodie car, tropical and surf board series have made him a recognizable name on the national art scene.

Artist Simona Candini is graduated at the Academy Of Fine Arts University of Bologna and she is currently based in Italy.

Her works, showcased in galleries around the globe, embody a beautiful yet sometimes dark world inhabited by big eyed girls and improbable creatures. Steve graduated from St Martins School of Art in 1980 having won the student of the year award for his illustration work.

Having worked in publishing and advertising with many book cover commissions for authors such as Stephen King, Ray Bradbury, Piers Anthony, John Le Carré, James Herbert his work has become very collectable
