Shipping Policy

Processing Times

All items are shipped from the US.  

In-Stock orders are processed within 1 to 3 days (business days) (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive notification when your order has shipped.

Pre-orders will be filled and shipped once it is received and processed.

Shipping Times - Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx & DHL the choice of carrier is based upon your delivery zip code (US), Country, and the contents of your order. Please note that orders may be delivered in multiple packages. We are only able to ship to PO Boxes by way of USPS

Please note during periods of high volume (holiday season) and weather events may impact shipping times.

Shipping Carriers

You can expect to receive your package(s) through your local carrier (USPS if you are in the US).  Standard Ground Delivery. 

Please note that delivery times are not guaranteed. Does not include customs clearance or order processing.  We have no control over the time it takes to get to your order once it leaves our warehouse.  Shipping times given by USPS, UPS, FedEx & DH are only estimates and not guaranteed. If you live outside of the United States, there may be duty & custom fees associated with your order. The shipping fee we charge only covers shipping.  We are not responsible for any duty & fees charged by your local government and no refunds will be issued for packages that are returned for failure to pay duty fees.

International Orders

If we ship to your country, it will be available for you to select when entering your shipping address during checkout. You are responsible for paying any handling fees, taxes, and VAT, tariffs, duties, and customs clearance charges required by your country. Please check with your local post or customs office for more information.
