Processing Times

All orders ship from Florida, United States.

As we ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx & DHL eCommerce, the choice of carrier is based upon your delivery zip code and the contents of your order.

How long does it take to receive my order?

All U.S. orders are delivered within 3 to 6 business days (including Hawaii & Alaska). For an additional fee, expedited shipping with UPS and DHL is available.

For international orders shipped using DHL eCommerce, delivery times are 7 to 21 business days on average. For international orders shipped with UPS Worldwide Expedited or DHL Worldwide Expedited, delivery times are 3 to 5 business days.

In-Stock orders are processed within 1 to 3 days (business days) (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive notification when your order has shipped.

Pre-orders product your order will ONLY ship once all products on your order are here and available for us to ship.

Shipping Times - Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

We ship via USPS, UPS, & DHL the choice of carrier is based upon your delivery zip code (US), Country, and the contents of your order. Please note that orders may be delivered in multiple packages. We are only able to ship to PO Boxes by way of USPS

Please note during periods of high volume (holiday season) and weather events may impact shipping times.

Shipping Carriers

You can expect to receive your package(s) through your local carrier (USPS if you are in the US).  Standard Ground Delivery. 

Please note that delivery times are not guaranteed. Does not include customs clearance or order processing.  We have no control over the time it takes to get to your order once it leaves our warehouse.  Shipping times given by USPS, UPS, & DHL are only estimates and not guaranteed. If you live outside of the United States, there may be duty & custom fees associated with your order. The shipping fee we charge only covers shipping.  We are not responsible for any duty & fees charged by your local government and no refunds will be issued for packages that are returned for failure to pay duty fees.

Where can I track my order?

You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order is shipped. Click on "View my Order" to view your tracking number.

My package was marked as delivered, but I haven't received it. Can you please reship?

If a package is marked as delivered by the postal carrier, we cannot issue a replacement or a refund as we are not responsible for theft at your residence. However, we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

What happens if my package gets stuck in transit?

We will offer you a replacement or a refund if there is no movement after 15 business days.

Do you ship to all countries?

Almost. If we ship to your country, it will be available for you to select when entering your shipping address during checkout.

International Orders

If we ship to your country, it will be available for you to select when entering your shipping address during checkout. You are responsible for paying any handling fees, taxes, and VAT, tariffs, duties, and customs clearance charges required by your country. Please check with your local post or customs office for more information.

You do not pay customs/duties fees/taxes at the time of checkout.

Diamond Painting Shoppe is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
