Order Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order for a full refund if it has not already been shipped if it has not yet been assigned a tracking number.

Please allow 24-48 hours for a response.
If your order is already assigned a tracking number, it has already been sent out we will not be able to cancel it.
What is your refund policy?
If you're unhappy with your order for any reason send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us your issue.
If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund.
You must initiate your return no later than 30 days after receiving your order.
Simply send us a quick message letting us know you wish to return, and we will provide you with the return address. We do not provide prepaid return labels.

In your email, include:
Your order number (you can find this in your order confirmation email)
Your name and email address.
Your refund will be issued back to your original method of payment as soon as your return is inspected and processed - typically within 48-72 business hours of receipt. Refunds will always be returned to your original method of payment.
Returned products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. All returned items must be in resalable condition.

Damages and issues- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. If we are issuing an exchange or replacing a damaged item, we will cover the shipping of the new item you are exchanging the original item for.
