2- Layout the canvas on a clean and flat surface. Your canvas will be covered with a plastic film when you get it (to preserve the stickiness).
DO NOT REMOVE THIS PLASTIC FILM ALL AT ONCE
Section off your diamond painting. You can use masking tape or washi tape. Find the middle of the canvas and apply the tape. Continue dividing the canvas in sections and adhere the tape vertically and horizontally. This will allow you to peel off the clear cover in sections without uncovering large area.
3- Starting from a corner is the preferred method. Peel back a section of the plastic film. Cut in the middle of each tape and peel back a section to begin to apply the diamonds to the canvas. *Be careful not to cut the canvas
4- Select which color you want to begin with and add a small number of drills to the diamond painting tray. Work with one color at a time to keep things organized.
5- Gently shake from side to side to evenly spread the diamonds and line them up in the grooves in the tray.
6- Dip the tip of the applicator in the wax. This will help you pick up the diamonds. You can also use the tweezer to pick up the drills without using the wax.
7- Press the tip of the applicator tool on the rounded side of the diamond.
8- Peel back the plastic film and carefully press the diamond onto its corresponding symbol. Repeat the process until you’re done!
