After placing an order on our website, you will receive a Thank You page with your order number. Shortly thereafter, you will receive an order confirmation email, which also includes your order number.

If your order has not been picked up & packed yet, we will be able to accommodate and make the desired changes.
We are sorry your order has not arrived by the “approximate ship date” associated with your order. The approximate date is our best estimate as to when your package will arrive.
We suggest contacting your local postal carrier responsible for delivering your package. Please send email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number, and email address. Let us know you have not received your package and will do our best to help.
We do not offer free shipping. As an alternative, we have created a rewards program where customers can accumulate points from their purchases to use as discounts. We also have sales discounts throughout the year, as well as discounts for first-time buyers. We believe this model to be the most balanced, as it does not increase the overall prices for all customers should free shipping be included.
Orders for in-stock products placed (Monday-Friday) typically ship within a few days (24-48 ours). Many orders are shipped the same day. Orders placed before 4pm (EST) normally get filled that day. Orders placed late Friday or during the weekend will be filled on Monday.
Sorry we do not offer in-person pick-ups.
If you just placed an order email us immediately at email@example.com with your order number and request the shipping address change. Once your order has been processed, we have a very small amount of time to accommodate an address change.
Unless otherwise instructed in your confirmation email, all orders after being processed are shipped within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO Boxes.
To track a package, log in to your account to view your order. Once the order has shipped, a tracking number will also be provided to you by email.
At checkout the shipping cost is automatically calculated. Please note the rates for overseas shipping costs vary by location.
Some factors that can impact the cost of shipping is the location of the delivery, weight of your package, and delivery time.
Any duties or taxes for international orders are the buyer’s responsibility.
Promotions & Coupons
To stay up to date on our promotions sign up for our Newsletter HERE. We usually email or latest promotions/coupon code to our Newsletter subscribers so make sure to sign up!
Once you have selected your products and proceed to check out, you will reach the “payment information” page. Look for “Gift Card” or “Discount Code” box. Next, click “Apply”. For any remaining balance, your credit card will NOT be charged until you “Confirm Order” on the next screen.
Some coupons codes have limitations. Certain codes work for specific products, and some have a one-time only use. Please note that all promos exclude shipping, taxes, and custom fees.
To redeem your points, you will need to log into your account HERE. You then click on the “Rewards” Icon on the bottom of the screen to see your balance. To redeem your points, you click on use points.

What is your Return Policy?
If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund. You must initiate your return no later than 30 days after receiving your order. Simply send us a quick message letting us know you wish to return, and we will provide you with the return address. We do not provide prepaid return labels.

Your refund will be issued back to your original method of payment as soon as your return is inspected and processed - typically within 48-72 business hours of receipt. Refunds will always be returned to your original method of payment.
Returned products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. All returned items must be in resalable condition.

Damages and issues- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. If we are issuing an exchange or replacing a damaged item, we will cover the shipping of the new item you are exchanging the original item for.

If your order is already assigned a tracking number, it has already been sent out we will not be able to cancel it.
