Our Made-To-Order (MTO) Diamond Painting Kits orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once the order is processed, it is sent to our manufacturer for production. 

The production process typically takes 1-2 weeks. This diamond painting will be shipped from China. Considering holidays and weekends, once shipped you can expect your order to arrive within 3-4 weeks, although some delays may occur. You will receive a notification once your item has been shipped.

Important Note: Please be aware that our China manufacturer's factory is currently closed for the holiday season. Production will resume on February 20th, 2024. We appreciate your understanding during this period.
